The cooperation project is a continuation of the previous project. The aim of the project is for future Tunisian administrative specialists and managers to strengthen their theoretical and practical knowledge of democratic participation. The direct target group are participants from the Tunisian ENA School of Public Administration who are completing the practical module in Baden-Württemberg as part of their training.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the entire project had to be restructured and adapted to the given context. As a result, some modules of the project had to be cancelled. In consultation with the State Ministry, a seven-week virtual Autumn School was organised instead of the planned internships.
