Qualification for solar energy
Primary tabs
In the next 15 years, more than 250 million young Indians will enter the labour market. The country's development depends on how well it manages to train skilled workers to meet the needs of an emerging industrialised country. The photovoltaic sector has a particularly high potential for job creation. It is the most labour-intensive sector in the renewable energy sector and installers are urgently sought by the industry. Currently, the Indian vocational training system does not have the necessary capacity and skills to produce a sufficient number of skilled workers with the required quality of knowledge. This is where the BLP project comes in, with the aim oto train master trainers for the further training of vocational school teachers, vocational school teachers and company trainers of the partner companies in the field of photovoltaics and expand their competences.
