Project objective:
At the selected TVET colleges in the Eastern Cape, the capacities of management and teaching staff to implement new, dual-structured VET programmes are strengthened. The skills are developed using the twinning approach through dialogue, training and coaching measures.

Target level 1 'Management':
The management of the TVET colleges has gained a deeper understanding of dual-organised VET structures. The understanding of the interaction between the different actors and mechanisms in the dual system has been strengthened.

Objective level 2 'Methodology/didactics': Teachers have acquired the necessary methodological skills to organise lessons in a project and activity-oriented manner on the basis of the curriculum developed by the technical cooperation project.
