#Decentralised Development Lab - teaming up for sustainable solutions

Transforming transport, digitalising administrative services, strengthening participation, fostering female entrepreneurship... actors from decentralised levels of state play an important role for sustainable development. And worldwide they face many similar challenges. How can actors from decentralised levels of state join forces and create synergies across countries to find innovative solutions to development challenges? To address this question, the German State and Federal States Programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) has launched the #DecentralisedDevelopmentLab (DDLab).
This virtual room offers the central communication platform for the four teams working on their respective challenges. Here, the DDLab team will share documents with you, announce events that are relevant for all teams and keep you updated about the further process. You can find the documents under the "library" tab, events under the "programme" tab and general updates in the "forum". Additionally, you can write private messages to different team members. If you have general questions that are of interest for everyone, please ask them in the forum and the DDLab team will respond to you there. If you have specific questions, please contact ddlab@giz.de
